1) Approvals
We are currently accepting:
Vampires - Brujah, Gangrel, Malkavian, Nosferatu*, Toreador, Tremere, Ventrue
Restricted: Assamite, Caitiff, Followers of Set, Giovanni, Lasombra**, Ravnos, Tzimisce**
*There are currently none in play, so those created will be given an additional bonus.
**Must be Camarilla/Independent minded
Garou & Fera - All Garou Tribes, Ajabi, Bastet, Corax, Gurahl, Mokole, Nagah, Nuwisha, Ratkin
Restricted: Anansi, Kitsune, Rokea
Humans - Sorcerers, Ghouls with a PC Domitor
Restricted: Mortals, Ghouls without a Domitor
Not Accepting: Any Sabbat clans or any of the Unaligned (Daughters, Baali, Salubri, etc)
Old characters from other channels are welcome as long as they are written up to this channels specifications.
2) Submitting your Character
Please include your:

Please use the following links for Character Creation, it's a step-by-step guide and includes links for more in-depth information, but all of our house rules as well which is linked at the bottom.
3) Sheet Restrictions
No Generation lower than 9th
No Attribute, Ability (Secondary included), Background, or Discipline above 3 dots - unless ST approved
Age & Status are not accepted for Background
Characters cannot be over 150 years old
4) Secondary Abilities
Secondary Abilities will cost the same as normal Abilities during character creation. But they cannot be higher than it’s primary counterpart.
For example Swimming 2 will have to be accompanied by Athletics 3.
5) Merits & Flaws
Merits and Flaws have a 7 point limit. That is if you choose to take 7 points in Merits, they must be counter-balanced with 7 points in Flaws or you will have to use your Freebie Points.
All Merits and Flaws are approved at the discretion of the ST Staff, please be prepared to explain the origin of all Merits/Flaws.
Please be advised that the ST Staff will use Merits and Flaws it to add depth to the game. For example, if you take Dark Secrets, Enemies and Scorned Lovers - it will come back to haunt you, Guardian Angel, Common Sense and Nine Lives - will protect you and ultimately save you some grief.
6) Resources and Backgrounds
Characters are to live within their means and this is reflected by the dots in Resource. If you own a mansion or any luxury items (sports car, expensive jewelry or clothing) then a high ranking in Resources is to be expected.
No illegal merchandise (weapons, ammo) need to be reflected by the dots in Background, Contacts and Allies.
Influences are included in the Background category
7) Website
To have you character added to the website, please include:
Seven Pictures (or the name of the model/celebrity used) - please, no anime or video game characters
Vampire, Garou/Fera. Sorcerer, Mortal or Ghoul
Clan/Tribe/Faction/Domitor (for Ghouls)
Position:
Status: (All characters start with one unless they have yet to be Acknowledged in any city)
Quote:
Any Merits/Flaws that are obvious: Baby Face, Enchanting Voice etc.
Bio - about 50 - 100 words that generalize your character - essentially anything that isn't going to give any secrets away. Things you feel comfortable sharing.
