A stage performer in the days of the Prohibition and speakeasies, she became the focus of one particular branch of the mob, led by an ambitious Malkavian bent on perfection. He thought he could make Hannah into a flawless companion. 

Unfortunately, Havoc went through the embrace with a multitude of flaws, and they broke from each other years later. Despite being tormented by a monthly debilitating madness regulated by the moons phases, Havoc continued to travel and enjoy herself, recently landing in New Orleans.
