With a good natured grin, Oliver will help any who ask if - but if someone threatens his friends or family all bets are off.  He spends his time drawing, working outdoors and attending classes. The recent movement of Garou and Fera working with Vampires had him more than curious, and no doubt is what has brought him onto the scene... It's also entirely that he's come to see his newly born niece and nephew, and possibly annoy his brother.
