Born in a small town in Pennsylvania, Wesley loved to draw from a young age. As he grew that love turned into a love for tattoos, namely putting them on people. He outgrew his small home town and chose to leave and open up shop for himself in New Orleans. His shop seems to be open all hours and Wesley will turn down no tattoo, large or small.
