Ceilidh rejects the idea of large, warehouse-sized nightclubs and instead moves towards the new, fashionable design style of more intimate settings in nightclubs, focusing on several small, comfortable areas, each stocked with a full bar and furniture that may sometimes feel like it belongs in your living room instead of a trendy nightclub.
The club is low-key in all of the best ways, quietly murmuring of the utterly rich and luxurious. The colors, all dark slates, cool bronze and dusky chocolates, are warmed with the gentle flicker of flame -- fake, though it wouldn't be apparent to any of the club-goers that this muted, friendly light is anything but the actual flutter of candle and fireplace. The music is understated, a mix of vintage blues and jazz that enhance and support the atmosphere of class and wealth, without drowning out the conversation that is happening around the little enclaves set up around the entirety of the space.
